First American Debt Help is a debt settlement company. It does not provide legal representation directly. Where a matter calls for legal work, it is handled by licensed attorneys.

Nothing on this site is legal advice, and reading it does not create an attorney client relationship with anyone. When a merchant cash advance matter turns into a lawsuit, a judgment, a restraining notice, or another proceeding that calls for legal representation, that work is performed by licensed attorneys under a separate engagement between you and the attorney. The details of that arrangement, including scope and fees, are disclosed to you in writing before it begins.
